Schedule : Flexible Schedule

Daily Average Patient Volume : 25

Number of Physicians in the Practice Group : 6

Additional Certification Required : ACLS, CMPA, PALS

Type of EMR System : InPut Health

Compensation

Billing Schedule : Fee for Service

Billing Procedure : Electronic Billing
