Personal Lines TSR (Technical Service Representative)

Location: Ajax, Mississauga, or Newmarket (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: $40,000–$42,000

About Your Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines TSR to join a wonderful team of professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who is eager to grow, learn, and support a high-performing Personal Lines department.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to a team of 5–10 Account Managers, helping ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery for our clients.

The Job:

• Provide administrative and technical support to Personal Lines Account Managers

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation

• Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and client follow-ups

• Prepare documents, certificates, and client correspondence

• Update and maintain client files accurately in the broker management system

• Support Account Managers with daily workflow tasks and departmental priorities

• Liaise with insurers as needed for underwriting information or follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• 3 months to 1 year of insurance experience (Personal Lines experience is an advantage)

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

• A willingness to learn and grow within the department

Work Arrangement Flexible Locations

• Must work on-site 5 days per week

• Candidates must be willing to work out of one of these offices: Ajax, Mississauga, or Newmarket depending on business needs
