If you’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking growth opportunities and a team-oriented culture – YOU can be our next Account Manager in our Commercial Division. This position will be based out of our Surrey location.


Requirements

  • A Level 2 insurance license is required.

  • Thorough understanding of Motor Truck Cargo insurance.

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word

  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment

  • You have working proficiency in Punjabi language skills.

A Day in the Life

  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business.

  • Build positive relationships by working with colleagues on client renewals and new business opportunities.

  • Work to meet and exceed budgets; prospect new business working with other HUB divisions.

  • Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions.

  • Manage and collect accounts receivables.

  • Focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities.

  • Other duties as assigned.
