Customer Service Team Leader

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader on a temporary basis to cover a Maternity Cover with our client based in Selkirk. The position is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months. The hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £42' p / a.

The role is urgent and will require someone to start ASAP, ideally before the end of June.

• The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years (preferably more) experience of managing a team delivering customer service.
• Experience of managing in a contact centre is essential.
• The team compromises of 17 people and planners who schedule work diaries.
• The team handle sensitive and complex calls.
• Knowledge of the housing sector and repairs is desirable.
• Experience of managing performance, targets and people management is required.
