Empowerment Squared is looking for a Coordinator, Education, to join our Programs Division.
Reporting to the Manager, Education, the Coordinator, Education is responsible for providing leadership and assistance with Empowerment Squareds Educational programs, like the School Readiness Program, Homework Circle, Career Discovery and other educational initiatives for participants to further Empowerment Squareds mission and vision. The Coordinator, Education will help with facilitating programs and participate in strategic planning, outreach and administration for participants both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement programs and initiatives
Communicate and track programs and projects using virtual tools including Google suite, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM system

Hours :
Full-time, 40 hours a week. This position is required to work in-person at the Empowerment Squared office in Hamilton, Ontario, and or in schools and the community, as well as occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate program schedules. Travel may be required to attend meetings, conferences, and program events. All necessary precautions would be taken in accordance with health & safety guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits :
$45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Salary will be based on education, experience, and competencies combined with organizational capacity. Compensation package includes benefits such as health, dental, and life insurance.
