What you will do :

• Safely and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or other documentation
• Organize and store materials in designated areas to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse (e.g. Cantilevers, pipe sleeves, standing racks and bulk area)
• Pick and bundle customer orders; conventionally and secure it by metal strapping if needed
• Prepare and package items for shipping, ensuring proper labelling and documentation
• Utilize appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, reach truck, Combi lift
• Utilize appropriate equipment for order selection such as RF scanners, Hip printers
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill and prioritize material requests
• Maintain inventory accuracy by assisting in periodic inventory counts
• Identify and report any issues with inventory, such as damaged pipes
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping and safety procedures or guidelines while performing all duties
• Operate computer systems and software to track inventory, shipments, and perform data entry tasks as needed
• Participate or assist with associate training / mentoring
• Assist with all other general warehouse duties as assigned

What will you bring :

Previous warehouse and forklift experience (Combi lift experience required)

Basic computer skills. Knowledge or experience with a warehouse management system would be an asset

Knowledge of industry products would be an asset

Dependable and reliable. Ability to take ownership and initiative.

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills

High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

Able to lift a up to fifty (50lbs) pounds regularly
