Our Strathmore client is seeking a Manager, Public Practice  to take a lead role in assurance and tax engagements. Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Lead and prepare complex Review Engagements, including financial statements and corporate tax returns.
• Prepare and review Audit Engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Oversee Compilation Engagements and Personal Tax Returns
• Review files and work prepared by associates, providing constructive feedback to support development and ensure quality deliverables.
• Plan engagement workflows, allocate staff, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Research and resolve technical accounting, tax, and assurance issues as they arise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within assurance and tax engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, proactive advice, and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the firm by delivering consistent, high-quality client service.
