Job descriptionBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience Minimum 3 years in a leadership role Healthcare industry experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP and grant accounting CPA, CMA, CHFP, or CSAF designation Public accounting experience (Senior Auditor or higher) Experience with Sage accounting software Experience managing federal awards Bilingual / bicultural background

A mission-driven behavioral healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Controller to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. This role oversees the organizations accounting systems, internal controls, and financial reporting functions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and long-term financial sustainability.
Position Highlights
- ️ Salary Range : $120K$175K annually (based on experience)
- ️ Full-time leadership role (40 hours / week, MondayFriday)
