Join the Alexa Translations A.I. team as a Product Designer Intern and help shape the future of translation technology. This is a full-time position offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of designers, engineers, and product managers. Key Responsibilities : Design Collaboration : Work closely with our product designers to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements. Research & Analysis : Assist in researching user needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform design decisions and contribute to user-centered design solutions. User Testing : Help coordinate and organize user testing sessions, gather feedback, and analyze results to drive design improvements. Design Documentation : Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including user interface specifications and design systems. Team Contribution : Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. Metrics Tracking : Assist in tracking and analyzing design metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and updates. Qualifications : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field. Bilingual in English and French. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Maze Design, and Dovetail. Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on projects. Passion for technology and an interest in artificial intelligence and the translation industry.
