Senior Finance Analyst

We are welcoming a Senior Finance Analyst to our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Work closely with our Project Managers on project-based FP&A
• Establish Estimate at Complete (EACs) with project managers and program directors to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Provide insightful analysis of leading indicators to provide meaningful and actionable information to leadership
  
• Assist with reviewing Change Requests (CRs) ensuring appropriate assumptions and margin target

Requirements

• 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience or 3+ years of experience with MBA
• Solid understanding of financial reports (Income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow)
• Experience in financial modeling techniques
• Experience with Excel formulas and functions
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Experience with TM1
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Good business acumen

This role is remote with some travel for team collaboration throughout the year.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
