Epicor P21 Support Analyst

A wholesale distributor we are partnered with is looking to hire a Junior Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Support Analyst with 1 year of hands-on experience. Junior candidates with strong functional exposure are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will support daily P21 operations assist business users and help maintain system data across sales inventory and purchasing modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
  
• Assist users with order entry inventory purchasing and pricing issues
  
• Maintain item customer and vendor master data
  
• Run and analyze standard P21 reports
  
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when needed
  
• Support testing during upgrades or enhancements
  
• Document processes and user guides
  

Requirements

• 1 year experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
  
• Junior profiles with hands-on exposure are acceptable
  
• Understanding of distribution / wholesale business processes
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work on
