Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Machining Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in setting up and operating various CNC machines, including working with plastics and steel. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality control, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Environment

You will be working with HAAS CNC machines, particularly dual spindle models, in the Machine Shop Department. The team is multicultural, and the environment is fast-paced and collaborative. Proper ventilation is in place, and the production floor is open with bay doors. Candidates should be comfortable working in an indoor plastics production facility, and good communication skills are essential. This is a Monday-Thursday shift, either 5 am-3 : 30 pm or 3 : 30 pm-1 : 00 am for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various CNC machines.
• Machine plastics and steel.
• Determine tooling, tool paths, setup methods, and fixtures to produce parts.
• Edit programs as necessary.
• Organize the production area’s workflow.
• Ensure quality control of machined parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Read and analyze blueprints.
• Read and interpret G-Code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
