Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Create and maintain data integrations using Microsoft Data verse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform, incorporating new features and best practices into development processes.
• Document application architectures, technical specifications, and user manuals.
