Smart Savvy Associates is proud to partner with Safetek Profire & Hub Fire Engines in the search for a Head of Brand & Marketing .
This is a senior hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that in public safety a brand is built on trust not just a campaign calendar. Reporting directly to the President youll own the brand and marketing function end-to-end shaping a strategy that reflects the companys values and genuinely supports the firefighters and first responders who rely on these vehicles every day.
Initially as a team of one youll set direction make priorities clear and execute with intention defining how the company shows up with customers partners and the broader industry. This role calls for sound judgment comfort with ambiguity and the ability to connect brand customer experience and business outcomes without noise or hype.

- Balance brand evolution with continuity and trust
- Define protect and evolve brand positioning voice and visual identity

Leadership & Ownership
You bring :
Experience in B2B industrial manufacturing or public-sector adjacent environments is an asset but mindset and judgment matter more than industry experience.
Additional Details
Compensation : $90000$120000 base salary plus bonus and 3 weeks vacation
Location : Abbotsford BC. Canada and US travel required.
