Digital Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator - Creative Media (1 Year Contract) who lives at the intersection of design, video, and digital storytelling. This role is for someone who thrives on switching gears, jumping between marketing campaigns, social media content, and creative projects.

You’ll be a creative contributor, working in the campaign team and social team to design visuals, edit video, and support campaigns across multiple platforms. If you love creating content that actually gets seen (and shared), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Content

• Create eye-catching graphic designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and internal marketing needs
• Design assets such as social posts, ads, banners, thumbnails, and campaign visuals
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines while still pushing creativity forward

Video Editing

• Filming and editing short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
• Assist with video content planning, organization, and optimization for different platforms

Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns from concept to execution
• Adapt creative assets across multiple channels (social, digital ads, web, email, etc.)
• Jump between projects quickly while maintaining quality and consistency

Social Media Content Creation

• Create engaging, platform-specific content for social media (Reels, Shorts, posts, stories, etc.)
• Stay current on social trends, formats, and best practices
• Assist with content calendars and creative planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software
• A good eye for design, layout, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and switch between creative tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
• Passion for digital content, branding, and creative marketing

Pay Rate: $50,000 per annum
