Job description
A Canadian insurance broker is seeking an Insurance Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills. You will also maintain learning systems and collaborate across departments while staying current with industry trends. This role involves approximately 20% travel within the Greater Toronto Area. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business or Insurance and at least 5 years of training experience in general insurance brokerage.
