Desktop Team Leader - Trading

Base pay range: CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$250,000.00/yr

Location: Montreal / Hybrid

The role: My client are seeking an Engineer turned Manager to Lead a globally dispersed Desktop Support team, in a busy Trading environment.

You will have 2+ years of experience in managing a Support team (ideally global). The ideal candidate will stem from a similar environment.

Essential skills:

• Experience running a team of Support / Desktop Analyst’s
• Broad 2nd Line Support experience
• Strong Microsoft orientated skillset – Windows 10/11, AD, Office365 etc.
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong experience with PowerShell
