Trouw Nutrition is hiring… a Sales professional for the role of Territory Manager, Dairy Sales in Charlottetown, PEI . We count on your experience to professionally promote and sell Trouw Nutrition values proposition and services to existing and potential customers and establish and maintain good relationships at all levels. You will contribute to, implement and realize the sales/account plan for the assigned account/portfolio, acquire and retain (new / potential) accounts and build and strengthen customer relations in order to realize Trouw Nutrition’s commercial objectives.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

• As a member of a dynamic team, you will oversee the continued development of the dairy business for the PEI region by actively promoting and marketing the use of Trouw Nutrition products, and executing feed strategies to increase our market share and feed volume.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, completely and accurately. Assist customers on-farm to measure results and benchmark performances.
• Analyze sales performances and strategic plans to achieve targets.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education Bachelors’ or advanced degree in animal science, animal nutrition and production, or a related dairy production field
• Enjoy working in team environment and have a strong passion for the dairy industry
• Enjoy working with producers to help meet their on-farm goals
• Ability to balance on-farm rations and develop feeding programs considered an asset
