JOB TITLE

Applications Specialist

DESCRIPTION

Designfusion, a rapidly expanding Siemens product life management (PLM) software reseller, is looking to fill an immediate opening for an applications specialist in Calgary, AB. We offer an excellent working environment, tremendous growth potential, and compensation plans commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and delivering CAD software presentations with our sales force.
Delivering training and technical support for our customer base.
Offering trade‑show support and seminar presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid Edge experience would be desired but not required.

Minimum of 3 years of technical experience with a CAD and / or CAM system (Solidworks, Catia, Inventor, Mastercam, Surfcam, etc.).

3+ years experience in either the mechanical design field or working for a mechanical CAD software reseller, in a technical role.

Ability to work in a team and in a results‑oriented environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
