We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our Vancouver team and support the Accounting department. This role is ideal for a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The candidate should be able to multi-task and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Process accounts payable related to client disbursements and firm overhead, including vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, contractor payments, and partner fees.
2. Process intercompany transactions.
3. Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
4. Post disbursements such as Copitrak, BCOnline, LTSA, and levies.
5. Follow accounting policies and procedures.
6. Perform other related duties as required.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a legal environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Client service-oriented and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow, taking on new responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What we offer
