About The Opportunity

McDougall Energy is looking for a Dispatcher to join our St. Thomas team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for :

• Planning, organising and dispatching all deliveries to maximise efficiencies and optimise equipment utilisation.
• Providing directions to drivers regarding routes and customer requirements.
• Working with the Operations Manager and / or Lead Hands to troubleshoot repairs and truck maintenance.
• Generating daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required.
• Communicating and interfacing with customers regarding delivery requirements, changes to schedules and any other issues concerning their delivery.
• Adhering to all company health and safety policies, standard operating procedures and established industry regulations.
• Performing other office administration duties as required.

This Position Is Based On a Rotating Shift

SHIFT : 12‑hour shift duration, commencing at 6 AM and concluding at 6 PM.

SCHEDULE : Rotational Shift Pattern (2‑3‑2), inclusive of weekends. Scheduled 14 days each 28‑day cycle, including a three‑day weekend every other week.
