Mechanic / Shop Technician

North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) Cloverdale, BC

NWPM is hiring a full-time Mechanic / Shop Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, small engines, and landscaping equipment. This is a key role that supports both our Construction and Maintenance divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, skid steers, small engines, and landscaping equipment

Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance

Track parts, inventory, and repair records

Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe

Support field teams with quick turnaround on repairs

Occasionally assist with welding / fabrication tasks (asset, not required)

Requirements

Valid drivers license (required)

Experience with automotive, diesel, or small-engine repair

Ability to troubleshoot and work independently

Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

Welding or fabrication experience is an asset

Fleet or landscaping equipment experience is an asset but not required
