Civil Foreman

On behalf of our client, MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee projects in the Lower Mainland.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage on-site crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to maintain workflow and project timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and WorkSafeBC regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, maintain progress tracking, and generate detailed documentation including photos and extra work reports.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding scope, schedule, and any field challenges.
• Liaise with inspectors, engineers, and utility representatives to ensure compliance and coordination.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3–5 years of superintendent or senior foreman experience
• In-depth knowledge of pipe installation techniques, trench safety, and manhole installation.
• Familiar with MMCD standards and municipal inspection requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SiteDocs for reporting and documentation.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
