Position : Part Time Food & Beverage Server Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support the server team during service by warmly welcoming members and guests, promptly delivering food and beverages, and assisting with table clearing and cleaning
  • Provide service excellence to members and guests by maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Actively contribute to department teamwork and collaboration to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure timely and effective two-way communication (verbal and written) between members, staff and supervisor
  • Address member concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a supervisor when necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills demonstrated in fast-paced service environments
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with members and team members
  • ProServe Certification is an asset

    • Additional Details

    This is a Part Time position that reports to the Restaurant Experience Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

    The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
