Nanny Wanted - Looking For A Part Time Family House Manager In Abbotsford, Bc $25/Hr (Not A Childcare Position)

Household Manager / Family Assistant (No Childcare Required) 15-20 hours / week

About Our Family

We are a busy, work-from-home youtube family looking for a kind, capable, and highly organized Household Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly.

This role is focused on household support, organization, and meal management, not childcare. Our goal is to reduce the mental load of daily household tasks so we can be more present with our children.

Due to filming and work commitments, the home must remain quiet and private during recording hours.

• No in-home work 4 days per week between 10 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Work will be completed before or after these hours, or off-site (grocery shopping, errands)

Primary Responsibilities

Meals & Kitchen Support

• Weekly meal planning based on family preferences and dietary needs
• Grocery shopping (online and / or in person)
• Meal preparation (batch cooking, dinners, lunches)
• Preparing daily school lunches and snacks
• Kitchen clean-up after meals (dishes, counters, fridge organization)

Laundry & Linens

• Washing, folding, and organizing family laundry
• Managing towels and bed linens (washing, rotating, organizing)
• Seasonal clothing organization

Home Organization & Daily Reset

• Maintaining organization in common areas, closets, and storage spaces
• Light daily tidying and resetting of the home
• Coordinating with our professional cleaner (we already have cleaning support)

Household Support

• Monitoring and restocking household supplies
• Running errands (groceries, pharmacy, returns)
• Creating simple systems to keep the home organized and functional
• Anticipating household needs and addressing them proactively

Typical Schedule Example

Flexible and open to discussion)

Morning (7 : 00–10... AM) :

• School lunch prep
• Breakfast clean-up
• Laundry start / fold
• Morning home reset

Afternoon (2 : 00–6 : 00 PM) :

• Meal prep and dinner prep
• Grocery unpacking
• Laundry finish
• Light organization or errands
