Data Analyst with SQL and Python

Salary : $53,664 - 155,771 per year

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst or comparable position with robust analytical abilities.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies with a background in Agile project management.
• Familiarity with database design concepts and experience with Oracle databases.
• Strong business acumen to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience using Visio for process mapping is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Gather, clean, and analyze extensive datasets utilizing SQL, R, Python, and other analytical methodologies.

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to effectively communicate analysis results.

Assist with project management tasks within Agile frameworks and engage in the SDLC for data-related initiatives.

Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design best practices to guarantee data accuracy and accessibility.

Perform business analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

Streamline data workflows through automation using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages to enhance reporting efficiency.

Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Document procedures and produce comprehensive reports to facilitate decision-making across various organizational levels.
