Insurance Digital Sales Manager Personal Lines
The Digital Sales Team is Westerns fastest growing sales channel which uses warm digital leads to grow new business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Sales youll support your remote team to achieve established sales targets while promoting employee engagement and client retention. You will have the opportunity to lead a new initiative and make your mark on Westerns strategy for the future.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Provide coaching mentoring and guidance to sales team
- Setting and monitoring sales KPIs
- Providing sales strategies tactics accountability and feedback.
- Creating efficiencies through tracking and reporting
- Champion and implement corporative initiatives to the team to drive business results
- Mediate disputes with customers
- Review and audit the teams output to ensure quality and compliance
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement training and courses; as well as promoting the same in your team
The value you bring
- Level 2 insurance license required
- RIBO license is ideal to have; candidates must be willing to obtain RIBO within three (3) months of hire
- 5 years experience selling personal lines insurance products
- Supervisory experience required including leading a team to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders clients and carrier partners
Hours: Full-Time Permanent 37.5 hours/week
Location: Remote in Canada
Salary Range: $90000 -$110000
