About The Role – Tri-lingual Technical Inside Sales Representative (Maple Ridge BC)

Geosolutions is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative to support our growing customer base across Latin America and North America. This role is ideal for a technically curious sales professional who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and excels in consultative, solution focused customer engagements.

In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to deliver a seamless, high quality customer experience.

What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely and high-quality service
  • Guide customers through a consultative sales process to recommend appropriate technical and digital solutions
  • Partner with technical solutioning teams to assess requirements and define solution options
  • Prepare accurate quotes and orders; coordinate with manufacturing; and shipping  teams with logistics team
  • Identify and qualify future sales opportunities through inbound and outbound interactions
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and calls to uncover new business opportunities
  • Support Regional Business Development Managers with account and pipeline activities
  • Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and opportunities in Salesforce and Epicor
  • Operate within Orica’s ISO 9001 quality management framework
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Location : Maple Ridge, BC
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday | 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
  • Travel : 10%
  • Interactions : Customers, distributors, sales, technical teams, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality and logistics
  • Your qualifications

    Required :

  • Education Requirement : Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
  • Language requirements : English, Spanish and / or Portuguese
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or customer-facing sales support.
  • Experience in the civil, mining or geotechnical market would be an asset.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Preferred / Nice to Have :

  • Familiarity will Geotechnical Instrumentation
  • Experience with Distributors Management
  • Experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems
  • Background in marketing or sales enablement

    Compensation / Renumeration

  • Salary Range $68,000 - $75,000 CAD  (based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment)
  • Eligible for Sales incentive plan
  • (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
