Key Duties

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Develop and implement innovative health services and programs that meet the needs of the local community.Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication management and health-related strong relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, implementing strategies for the pharmacy is stocked with necessary medications and products, managing inventory effectively.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management understanding of pharmacy operations and clinical services.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
