Agilus is recruiting for several Field Service Technicians in the Equipment Rentals Industry in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a service technician, you will provide service solutions and peace of mind to local businesses allowing customers to maximize uptime while meeting environmental requirements.

You are empowered to help customers optimize their performance by performing routine maintenance and repairs. You are empowered to drive your own professional journey.

A typical day :

• Travel to customer’s location and proactively problem-solve to help customers optimize their equipment’s performance.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their equipment requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service, updating the customer along the repair process and responding to needs in a timely manner.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on electric and diesel air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine reason for malfunction and plan service to repair.
• Adhere to all safety protocol and complete all required documentation including safety and service review documents.

Successful candidates will have :

• A passion for professional growth, and a willingness to drive your own professional journey.
• Can work autonomously and comfortable with the authority to act.
• Technical, mechanical and electrical skillset, at least 1-2 years.
• Expertise in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to work on a variety of equipment, including electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic.
• Class 5 drivers license with good driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to travel up to 70% of the time, staying overnight when required.

Total rewards :
