Assess vehicle body and structural damage by reviewing repair estimates, inspection reports and conducting hands‑on evaluations.Plan and carry out repair procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry safety standards.Perform structural repairs including frame and underbody alignment using specialized pulling and anchoring equipment.Remove, repair and install exterior components such as bumpers, fenders, doors, grilles, panels and front‑end assemblies.Inspect replacement parts for proper fit, alignment and quality prior to installation.Restore damaged surfaces by hammering, reshaping, filing, grinding and sanding to achieve proper contours and finishes.Weld, solder and apply plastic fillers to repair seams, holes and surface imperfections.Prepare vehicles for refinishing by masking, taping and performing surface preparation tasks.Mix, blend and match paint colors to the colour of the vehicle.Apply primers and finish coats to restore vehicle appearance.Repair or replace glass components including windshields, windows and sunroofs, as well as damaged interior parts.Conduct post‑repair test drives to ensure safe operation, proper handling and overall repair quality.Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction expectations.Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair progress, findings, and completed work.Complete documentation related to repairs, materials used, and work performed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly using and maintaining tools and equipment.Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills :
