Our client a fastgrowing Series A SaaS company supporting small businesses and startups has been recognized by several media outlets as one to watch in Toronto s startup scene. We re currently looking for a Director of Sales to join their GTM team.
- Reporting to the CEO
- Build the sales playbook and enhance the GTM strategy
- Lead manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and yze sales performance metrics providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing finance product and revenue operations
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Manage sales forecasts budgets and reporting to senior management
Requirements
