What you’ll have the opportunity to do:
Lead major transactions: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and financing;
Leverage your expertise in securities law and cross-border transactions;
Negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships;
Provide legal advice on governance, securities, and regulatory compliance;
Supervise a team of junior lawyers, interns, and paralegals;
Actively contribute to business development.
