Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Winnipeg, MB ! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting operations through inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse organization, ensuring materials and parts are available to meet customer and operational needs.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will :

• Manage shipping and receiving of products and materials.
• Allocate, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Perform inventory control and assist with stock forecasting and utilization.
• Support logistics coordination and quality control processes.
• Operate and maintain inventory software systems.
• Manage yard organization and material flow.
• Load and offload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Complete parts pickup and delivery to end users as required.

Required Competencies :

• Minimum high school education.
• Experience in an industrial or customer-focused environment considered an asset.
• High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Forklift Operator Certificate considered an asset.
