About the Role : PSW Team Lead
Were looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Support Worker whos ready to step into leadership. As a PSW Team Lead, youll split your time between providing care and mentoring your fellow caregivers. Youll play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and compassion of care delivered to our clients across Mississauga.

Responsibilities & Duties :
Leadership (40% of time) :
Support onboarding and shadowing for new CaregiversConduct in-home First Visits to ensure quality standardsMentor caregivers in the field and provide on-the-spot coachingAct as a go-to resource for PSW peersHelp monitor and maintain care quality, safety and consistencyProvide feedback to the office team on scheduling, client fit, and training needsCollaborate with the Care Designer and Scheduler on urgent and complex care requestsCaregiving (60% of time) :
Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including personal careProvide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility supportExecute the Care Plan as outlined by the Care DesignerDocument care activities and observations accuratelyAlways prioritize safety, dignity, and a positive client experienceRequirements :
5+ years of Canadian caregiving experienceFluent in English (written and verbal)Valid G-class drivers license and access to a reliable vehicleWilling to travel across MississaugaAvailable for a minimum of 15 hours per week including weekends or eveningsClear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable SectorUp-to-date TB testMinimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinationsBonus if you :
