sector, currently undergoing a large‑scale business transformation. Thepany ismitted to modernizing its technology, improving data quality, and strengthening end‑to‑end operational excellence.Your New RoleAs a Project Manager (Contractor), you will support the QA, Data Conversion, and Reconciliation workstreams throughout a major transformation initiative. You will manage QA activities, oversee data conversion quality, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams including technology, operations, and project leadership.Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee QA testing for the Conversion team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide hands-on support to Conversion and Reconciliation teams throughout execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve data and QA issues.
• Drive execution of the QA program, ensuring quality delivery of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Create and maintain all QA and Data Conversion issues / risks in the RAID log and represent them through to resolution.
• Track and report on data conversion and QA progress against project timelines.
• Provide expertise in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Support adoption of best practices in data management and quality assurance.
