The Role

Under the supervision of the Community Recreation Supervisor, the Gymnastics Coach identifies strengths and weaknesses of athletes, plans, develops and implements training and practice sessions, nurtures and develops athletes' potential skills and abilities, coordinates competitive schedules and programs, and motivates and prepares athletes for competitive events.

Qualifications Needed

• High School education and several years of coaching experience
• NCCP Level 1 in Women’s Gymnastics
• Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• High Five : Principles of Healthy Child Development certificate
