We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our fun, supportive and successful team environment. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients and providing sales support to new clients. You must be willing to learn and grow with our business, working towards individual and agency goals. A General License (OTL) will be required or be willing to obtain, along with multi-tasking skills and proficiency with phones and computers will be an asset. Training is offered in-office to allow for a successful career in the insurance industry. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and through effective opportunity spotting, cross selling and referring to your team.
• Work with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals.

• Service/Sales experience
• Successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have strong integrity, ethics, and adhere to regulatory compliance
• OTL (Property & Casualty License) is preferred/must be able to obtain. Course and exam fees reimbursed after successful completion
