Position Overview

This is a hands‑on senior individual‑contributor role for a builder, a problem‑solver, and a doer. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will take ownership of industrial & mechanical design for new Algo products, working from concept through prototyping and into production. This role is highly hands‑on : you will physically build and iterate prototypes while collaborating cross‑functionally with electrical, embedded, firmware, and cloud engineering teams to develop high-performance and aesthetic products such as IP speakers, intercoms, enclosures, and industrial communication devices.

The expected salary range for this role is $125,000+, depending on factors such as your experience, skill set, training and certifications, market conditions, and our organizational needs.
