Summary
Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Philanthropy, the Marketing & Sales Manager is a tireless ambassador for the Y, responsible for leading and executing the organization's marketing and sales strategies in support of multiple departments. This individual will use data-driven decision making and best practices with revenue maximization as the primary goal to further the social purpose and greater community impact at the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.

Leadership
- Leads YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg's Marketing & Communications team, including the development, execution and evaluation of the organization's annual marketing and sales strategies in support of Membership Retention, Program Registration, and Camp Stephens Registration.
Marketing, Communications and Sales
Develops comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize and coordinate all areas of marketing tactics (advertising, media relations, digital, customer engagement, etc.)Develops, utilizes and monitors data sources to inform marketing efforts and identifies areas of opportunity.Conducts internal and external market surveysDevelops comprehensive business plans and marketing strategies to support new initiatives and also to build on the incredible history of Camp Stephens.Builds partnerships with other organizations to further revenue goals.Leads the development of multi-platform promotional campaigns, brand development and creation of the organization's annual marketing and sales targets, as well as supporting budgets.Ensures the organization's marketing and sales strategies support the organization's fundraising targets and initiatives.Qualifications
Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. A combination of experience will also be considered.A minimum of five years' experience leading a high-functioning marketing team, with demonstrated success in building marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.Valid Manitoba Drivers Class 5F License and access to vehicleExceptional project and time management skills, including working within condensed time frames and effectively prioritizing work.Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, research ability, and effective evaluation.Revenue-driven approach to achieving success aligned with YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg's core values and purpose.Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships within and outside the organization.Application Deadline : September 30, 2024
