WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY  - $22 an hour- Full time hours- Monday to Friday REQUIREMENTS  We’re looking for candidates with experience in electronic product development and manufacturing. You should be comfortable with tasks that involve both hands-on assembly and careful measurement, including sub-assembly fabrication, cable harness assembly, crimping and soldering, equipment racking, part alignment using jigs and fixtures, and working with adhesives, chemicals, and encapsulating compounds.The role requires the ability to read and work from drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams, while monitoring and verifying quality, documenting issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, lift, and maintain full visual acuity. You will work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be eligible to apply for and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods, Industrial Security, and other necessary security clearances.
