As Lounge Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead our lounge team to create an unforgettable atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
🍸 Inspire and support your team with strong, hands-on leadership
📅 Manage scheduling, stock, and smooth daily operations
🎯 Drive sales and guest satisfaction with creative ideas and top-notch service
💬 Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
