Who Were Looking For:

Were seeking a motivated and energetic leader with a passion for health fitness and helping others succeed. While industry experience is a plus its not requiredwe value strong people skills a self-driven attitude and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate is:

• A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team
• Comfortable withsales marketing and community engagement
• Passionate aboutcreating an exceptional gym environment
• Organized and able tomanage budgets and drive club growth
• Astrong communicator with an outgoing personality

Important: If you are not comfortable making sales calls following up with leads and inviting potential members to visit the club this is not the position for you.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Membership Sales & Growth

• Use our proven sales system to help guests overcome barriers and start their fitness journey
• Follow up on leads via phone email and social media
• Ensure monthly membership targets are met

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Create and execute club promotions to attract new members
• Develop engaging content for social media & digital marketing (Facebook Instagram Meta ads etc.)
• Build relationships with local businesses and participate in community events

Club Operations & Cleanliness

• Maintain a pristine and well-organized facilitya key reason members love us!
• Ensure equipment is clean organized and in top condition
• Oversee day-to-day club operations and work with a part-time assistant to staff office hours

Team Leadership & Culture Building

• Lead motivate and develop a high-performing team (trainers group instructors and part-time staff)
• Foster a positive member-focused atmosphere
• Ensure every guest and member feels welcome supported and inspired

Member Experience & Retention

• Create an amazing in-club experience that makes members want to returnand bring friends!
• Develop member engagement programs to boost retention
• Build a strong supportive fitness community

Work Schedule & Office Hours

• While our club operates 24/7 your role is not around the clock
• Front office staffed hours:
  Monday Thursday: 10 AM 7 PM
  Friday & Saturday: 10 AM 2 PM
• You will manage these hours with the help of a part-time assistant
