Opportunities : Paracel Laboratories Ltd. is actively searching for a Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent role at 2315, St Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 4J8. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team, owning responsibility for AP and AR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Post transactions and provide analytical and clerical support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR and Payroll.
• Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare client statements for Account Managers in support of client collections.
• Record employee’s banked hours and expense reports.
• Prepare EHT and WSIB calculations.
