Financial Operations Representative

Job Description

Our client, a leading national financial services firm, is seeking a Financial Operations Representative to join their team in Toronto. This is an initial 6-month contract, with the strong possibility of an extension.In this role, you will administer financial transactions and support key client accounts while assisting with critical monitoring and reporting activities.This exciting hybrid position offers the opportunity to gain extensive industry experience and training while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting a diverse customer portfolio. Responsibilities :

• Administer both financial and non-financial transactions across various account types, including mutual funds.
• Manage Registered and Non-Registered client accounts, ensuring all transactions are in order and adhere to professional and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on client’s product activity, troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies.
• Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring clear and precise communication.
• Perform additional related duties, as required.
