We’re seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to lead how we deliver our enterprise integration practice serving 100+ clients across many verticals. You'll define architectural standards, establish governance frameworks, and drive scalable delivery patterns while maintaining hands‑on technical leadership in complex integrations spanning across all Workday modules.

This is a high‑impact role where your architectural vision will directly influence delivery speed, client satisfaction, and technical capability across our entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise integration architectures across Workday Connectors, EIB / DT, RaaS, BIRT, Workday Studio, Orchestrate for Integrations and be a leader in identifying AI practicality
• Establish technical standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for consistent delivery across client portfolios
• Create reusable integration patterns that reduce delivery timelines by 25-40%
• Drive performance, security, and scalability standards for all integration solutions
