The Distribution Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, establishing the budgets and schedules of the projects in their department, and reporting metrics and statuses to their manager and the customer. They will provide leadership and direction to their direct reports and overall teams in terms of technical and non-technical guidance. They will also be responsible for helping to grow the business and execute the current workflow.

This position will be based out of Actalent New Westminster, BC Office and under the Hybrid working model (3 days in office | 2 days from home).

Relocation : Should a candidate be relocating from outside of Metro Vancouver, BC, Actalent will support with a relocation package.

NOTE : We will also accept applications for Senior Distribution Engineering Leaders with more experience with additional consideration to compensation level as appropriate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and managing distribution projects
• 4+ years of experience leading or supervising a technical design or engineering team
• Experience working for an EPC / EPCM or Engineering Consulting Company.
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) or Professional Licensee Engineering (P.L.Eng.) with an engineering association in Canada.
• Ability to Travel up to 10% for client meetings

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00 / yr.
