What You’ll Be Doing :

• Financial Data Management : Enter, verify, and maintain financial records using spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Reporting & Presentation : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including financial statements and presentations.
• Analysis & Insights : Conduct variance, trend, and ratio analyses to assess business performance and support decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Help gather department data, update forecasting models, and assist in budgeting exercises.
• Reconciliations : Support account reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ad-Hoc Projects & Process Improvements : Participate in special projects to optimize reporting templates and improve workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with teams to learn how finance supports business operations.
• Administrative Assistance : Provide support with filing, tracking invoices, and compiling documentation.
• Tool Exposure & Development : Gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial databases, and advanced Excel functions.
