Are you looking for a hands‑on career with great earning potential and a clear path for growth? Our Hardscape Apprentice Program provides on‑the‑job training and mentorship to help you build the skills needed for a successful career in the hardscape industry. We offer a structured learning environment where you will gain experience in all aspects of hardscape installation, including pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features.

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in hardscaping.

Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites are organized and clean.

Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Learn proper site preparation, base compaction, and installation techniques.

Work safely and follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Support the team with general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

No prior experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment is a plus.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
