Entry-Level Sales

RPM Home Services is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives . In this role, you’ll meet homeowners face-to-face to promote our home efficiency services — including attic insulation, mold remediation, and HVAC solutions.

You’ll schedule free home assessments and help customers improve their comfort and energy efficiency. No prior experience required — just drive, professionalism, and a great attitude.
